  • What causes this issue?

Note the following points before transporting the changed structure
    &V1& into another system:
The transport should be carried out at a time when no postings are
being made in the target system. Otheriwse initialization is necessary,
otherwise documents that are created during this phase will get lost.
In the target system there should be no data in any clients for the V3
update for application &V2&. If you are not sure, start the V3 update
directly for application &V2& in all clients.
If there is still data in central delta management for the target
system you should get this before the transport from BW takes place.
If you have already carried out a restructure in the target system, it
may be that the data is still available in the restructure tables.
After the transport, these entries are no longer copied into BW. The
contents of the restructure tables for the application &V2& should be
deleted in the target system and a restructure may need to be carried
    out.
If the update log is active in the target system, the log data from
application &V2& can no longer be read after the transport. This is
only possible after posting and the relevant overwriting of the last
    log entry.
You can use report RMCSBWCC to display a log in the target system for
the changed extract structure saying whether one of the above problems
has occurred. An additional switch allows you to delete all update logs
for the application of all selected extractors.
Note that if you change the extract structure, you need to reactivate
    the transfer structures in BW.

    5. Test Data Extraction: After making the necessary adjustments, perform a test extraction to ensure that data can be successfully extracted without errors.
