What causes this issue?

In preparation for the setup of statistical data, the system deletes
the data in version &V1& of all of the selected info structures. The
system does not create a backup copy of the data.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Choose "Proceed", if you want the data to be deleted. Choose "Cancel"
if you do not want the data to be deleted (for example, if you want to
create a backup copy first). This terminates execution of the
statistical data setup program.
