    The LIS inbound interface &V1& is inconsistent.
    Inconsistency number &V2& occurred.
    Inconsistency always occurs when tables or programs are changed
    manually.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Number 3: no communication structure exists for the event.
    Number 4: more than one communication structure exists for the event
    (hierarchical).
    Number 5: The communication structure does not exist.
    Number 6: The function group does not exist.
    Number 9: During deletion of info structure &V1&, several events were
    found. However, only one event can be created using the LIS interface
    in Copy Management.

    System Response

    It is not possible to process an inconsistent LIS inbound interface.
