- If the number ranges are exhausted, you can extend them by creating new intervals.
- In the
SNRO
transaction, select the relevant number range object and create a new interval with a higher number.Adjust Configuration:
- Ensure that the configuration for customer and vendor number ranges is set up correctly in the system.
- You may need to consult with your SAP Basis or configuration team to ensure that the settings are appropriate.
Data Cleanup:
- If there are old or unused customer records, consider archiving or deleting them to free up name ranges.
