  • What causes this issue?

    Participant &v1& was not booked directly for the course; he/she was
    booked for the curriculum &v2&.
    During follow-up processing for the course, the system will only
    perform follow-up processing for participants that were booked directly
    for the course or curriculum participants that have the indicator
    "Individual Elements" flagged for the "Follow Up" field in the "Info
    Curriculum Type" infotype (5004).
    In the "Info Curriculum Type" infotype stored for this participant, the
    "Entire Curriculum" flag is set for the "Follow Up" field. This means
    that the participation record must be followed up as part of the
    curriculum &v2&.

    System Response

    The system will only process this participation when following up the
    curriculum &v2&.

    How to fix this error?

    You can continue follow-up processing for the course. Then, follow up
    the participant via the curriculum &v2&.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
