    How to fix this error?

    Check the rules in <DS:TRAN.IRMPOL> Rule Maintenance</> in <ZK>
    Information Retention Manager</> for the respective policies.
    An audit area can contain several policies.
    Complete the incomplete policies so that for the audit area above, at
    least one matching rule from at least one live policy can always be
    found.
    Note that in case of inheritance, the inheriting rule is valid only as
    follows: At least one bequeathing object instance with at least one
    corresponding, valid rule from which the settings can be inherited must
    be found for the inheriting object instance.
