The market risk characteristic you selected is already used as a limit
characteristic in one or more limit types.

System Response

You cannot delete the market risk characterisitic.

How to fix this error?

First delete the limit characteristic and its assignment to a limit
type.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

To do this choose the following in the IMG:
... -> Limit Management -> Define Limit Types
Note:
You can only delete limit characteristics that have already been used,
and hence also limit types, if the utilizations and limits for these
limit types no longer exist.
If applicable, you must reorganize your dataset beforehand.
