LEDSP070
- Number of partial dlvs was reached although order not completly delivered ?The SAP error message LEDSP070 indicates that the number of partial deliveries for a particular sales order has reached the maximum limit, even though the order has not been completely delivered. This can occur in scenarios where the system is configured to allow only a certain number of partial deliveries for a sales order.
Cause:
- Configuration Settings: The maximum number of partial deliveries allowed for a sales order is defined in the sales document type settings. If this limit is reached, the system will prevent further partial deliveries.
- Order Status: The sales order may have been partially delivered multiple times, and the limit set in the configuration has been reached.
- Delivery Grouping: If the order is grouped for delivery, it may affect how partial deliveries are counted.
Solution:
Check Configuration:
- Go to the configuration settings for the sales document type in transaction code
SPRO
.- Navigate to Sales and Distribution > Sales > Sales Document > Define Sales Document Types.
- Check the settings for the maximum number of partial deliveries allowed and adjust it if necessary.
Review the Sales Order:
- Check the sales order in transaction code
VA03
to see how many partial deliveries have already been made.- If the order has reached the limit, consider whether it is appropriate to increase the limit or if the order should be fully delivered in a different manner.
Complete Delivery:
- If possible, consider completing the delivery of the remaining items in a single delivery instead of making additional partial deliveries.
Consult Documentation:
- Review SAP documentation or consult with your SAP support team for specific guidance related to your system configuration and business processes.
