Change the Customizing if you wish to allow the posting changes.

Procedure for System Administrators

If you wish to allow posting changes for this storage type, choose, in
Customizing, the activity <DS:SIMG.SIMG_XXMENUOLML331IM>Disallow goods
movement postings(IM) for storage types</>, and remove the indicator
<DS:DE.T331_NOTRP>no post. chg. </> for the storage type &V2& in the
storage number &V1&.
