What causes this issue?

You have entered a stock category (special stock indicator and special
stock number) during transfer order creation that is not permitted by
general stock determination.
Example:
General stock determination only allows you to enter stock categories
'own stock' and 'consignment stock' of vendor 6411. You cannot enter
<GL:special_stock>special stock</> 'K' and special stock of (vendor)
6512.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Enter another stock category (special stock indicator and special stock
