    transfer order number field blank. Normally, when you do this, the
    system automatically searches for an appropriate transfer order and
    assigns it. However, the system was unable to find an appropriate
    transfer order.
    This is not necessarily a system error. Possibly, all relevant transfer
    orders have already been processed or were assigned to other users.
