What causes this issue?

The system was unable to find the storage bin in the bin status report
(LAGP table) of the fixed bin storage type.

System Response

This storage bin is the fixed storage bin where the material is stored.
The system takes this bin from the material master (table MLGT,
Material Data For Each Storage Type) for the fixed bin storage type
assigned and the material.
This fixed bin is required for picking strategy K since the destination
storage bin has to be near the fixed storage bin.

How to fix this error?

Check to see if the appropriate fixed storage bin has been entered in
the material master (WM view of storage type, table MLGT) and if the
bin status report definitions are complete.
