What causes this issue?

The stock total for the quants in the <GL:storage_unit>storage units</>
specified during <GL:confirmation>confirmation</> exceeds the
requirement quantity of the <GL:transfer_order>transfer order</>. If
you want to prevent an overdelivery of the transfer order, you must
confirm the remaining quantities. You do this by specifying the
difference indicator for the required storage unit and by selecting the
function <ls>Internal confirmation</>.
