    To prevent users from working on the same object at the same time,
    objects are blocked automatically so that only one user has exlusive
    access to the object he/she is currently working on. For example, only
    one user can work on a particular material. The material concerned is
    blocked for all other users.
    Currently, this blocking mechanism is not working. The result is that
    no tasks effecting changes in data are possible at this time.
