How to fix this error?

You should delete report &V1&. If you wish to have a report in the
report portfolio again, which corresponds to the deleted one, you
should transfer it again into the report portfolio.
If this is too much effort, as the key figure is used in several reports
in the report portfolio, it is recommended that you undo the changes.
