Message text: Process screen 'Characteristic values'
You have not fully processed screen 'Characteristic values'. On this
screen, you can limit characteristics to certain characteristic values
or variables. For some characteristics, an entry is mandatory.
Two possible error situations can exist on this screen:
RESET N1
Compulsory entry required
Variable changed subsequently
RESET N1
There are characteristics which have compulsory entries. In at least
one of these characteristics you have not entered anything.
When a variable is entered the system checks whether the corresponding
variable is allowed. If you have used a global variable it is possible
that since the time of your entering the global variable a change has
been made to it. Most especially that it has been deleted.
You cannot save the report until you have fully processed this screen.
RESET N1
Specify the fields containing question marks (mandatory entries). You
can either;
enter a fixed value,
enter a global variable with a mandatory entry or
enter a local variable and then, with the help of the 'Maintain
variable' function, set this variable to a mandatory entry.
If the second error situation can take place, you should first of all
delete the variables in all characteristics which contain variables,
with the help of the function 'Variable on/off'. Then, when you re-enter
a variable, the validity of the variable name is tested.
