    Company code &V1& is not valid for your controlling area. You can only
    assign a business process to a company code which has been assigned
    during customizingg to the business process's controlling area.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Use F4 "Possible entries" on the "Company code" field to see a list of
    all company codes assigned to the controlling area during customizing.
    If no entries are displayed, no company code has been assigned to the
    controlling area. In customizing check the controlling area to company
    code assignment.
