  • What causes this issue?

    You selected version display. This involves a complex data object with
    a hierarchical structure. The SAP System first checks whethe r a
    general version definition exist for all default settings in the
    version. This message appears when general version definitions are
    missing.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If you call up the versions in change mode, the SAP System
    automatically generates the missing entries. Use the menu option
    <ZH>Selection</> to display these new entries. Before leaving the
    transaction, <ZH>Save</> to write the entries to the database. These
    entries are now available in display mode.
