    You have entered &V1& as the "fiscal year to". In controlling area &V2&
    , the current fiscal year is &V3&. Normally you would only want to
    archive the totals records that are older than the prior fiscal year.

    System Response

    The system issues a warning message.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the fiscal year you entered. Although you can archive the totals
    records up to that fiscal year, this is not standard practice. Normally
    you only archive the totals records up to &V4&.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
