    a release upgrade. These fields did not previously exist in the
    summarization levels.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    levels (with blank initial value). The new fields are included in data
    collection runs from now on.

    How to fix this error?

    Note that in reports that use the new fields, these fields will not be
    filled if the data is old.
