  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

    You want to edit the standard hierarchy (or parts of it) in controlling
    area &V1&. However, the enterprise organization is active in this
    controlling area, meaning that the standard hierarchy is derived from
    the enterprise organization and <LS>cannot</> therefore be manually
    maintained.
    For this reason, the standard hierarchy can be <ZH>displayed</> only,
    with the exception of the <LS>report information</> on the cost center
    groups or profit center groups. You can still enter this on the detail
    screen of the <ZH>new maintenance interface</>.
    This data is retained when you generate the standard hierarchy from the
    enterprise organization.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Maintain the enterprise organization and generate the changed standard
    hierarchy as follows:
    From the Cost Center Accounting or Profit Center Accounting menu,
    choose <LS>Master data -> Enterprise organization -> Change</>.
    In Customizing for Cost Center Accounting or Profit Center Accounting
    choose <LS>Enterprise Organization -> <DS:SIMG.COOMCCA_KEOG_DC>Generate
    Standard or Alternative Hierarchy From Enterprise Organization</></>.
