customer-defined substitution rule. The rule therefore derived the
functional area &V2&.
A message is sent with a variable message type.
If the message is an error, enter the correct value &V2& in the
functional area field. If the field is not ready for data entry, you
have two options:
For postings in external accounting, you can unlock the "Functional
area" field by maintaining the field status bar appropriately.
Alternatively, you can make the message an error message by changing
the message type in Customizing. Use the Implementation Guide under
"Controlling: General" and choose <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUORK3OBA5>Change
message control</>. Enter area KI and message number 176.
