    the characteristic &V3& have a fixed value in every column of the
    drill-down list and every cell of the detail list in which key figure
    &V2& is used. This value cannot be initial (#).
    You can specify the characteristic value in the form either for the
    element itself or in the general data selection, or you can specify it
    in the report definition. You did neither of these.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the definition of report &V1&.
    If necessary, change the report, save it, and then execute it again.
