    must have at least one of the following authorizations:
    For activity 1001 (Create/Change Planning) in receiver profit center
    &V2&
    For activity 1001 (Create/Change Planning) in provider profit center
    &V3&

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
