  • What causes this issue?

    In order to transfer cost center costs to Profitability Analysis on the
    basis of "variable shares" you must enter a value field of the
    operating concern as the tracing factor. For technical reasons, you
    cannot use more than 98 value fields. However, your operating concern
    contains more than 98 value fields.

    System Response

    The system installed 98 value fields for selection. The others cannot
    be used.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to use one of the other value fields, proceed as follows:

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Call up table T811J in transaction SM31 (table maintenance).
    Position the display on the entries with key
    CE7xxxx U &V2& (xxxx = operating concern)
    If you do not want to use a value field, enter "0" in the column
    "RC".
    The number you deactivate in this way makes room for other value fields
    to be used as tracing factors.
    RESET N1
    Within the range indicated by the key
    CE7xxxx U &V2&,
    <ZH>no two value fields</> can have the same value that is not equal to
    zero in the column "RC". The entries for the fixed value fields
    <ZH> RCWKFI, RCWKGI, WKFI, WKFP, WKGI, WKGP, WOGI, WOGP, WTGI
    and WTGP </>
    may <ZH>not</> be changed.
