    Start the program again. The system will try to activate the table
    again. If the error still occurs, proceed as follows:
    Check the activation log for table &V2& using transaction
    <DS:TRAN.SE11>SE11</>. There you will find a detailed description of
    the error. Contact your system administrator.
    Look in OSS for a note concerning error message <ZH>KE756</>. The
    problem may already be known.
    If you submit a problem message, send the following information:
    The error message number: KE756
    The following information: RESULT: &V4&, SUBRC &V3&
    The field list for table &V2& and the activation log from the ABAP
    Dictionary (transaction SE11).
