This function is not possible with the delivered operating concern
S001.
This message only occurs for other operating concerns if the operating
concern was created before Release 2.2E. All operating concerns created
from that release always have blocking factor 1.
If the message still appears even though the blocking factor for the
operating concern is 1 (see table TKEBB-BLOCKF), look in OSS for notes
with the key word "KE732". If you do not find any, contact SAP.
