Access the Configuration:
- Go to the SAP Easy Access screen.
- Navigate to the following path:
SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Controlling -> Profitability Analysis -> Account-Based CO-PA -> Define Operating Concern
Define an Operating Concern:
- If you do not have an operating concern defined, you will need to create one. Click on "New Entries" and fill in the required fields to create a new operating concern.
Assign the Operating Concern to the Controlling Area:
- After defining the operating concern, navigate to:
SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> Controlling -> Profitability Analysis -> Account-Based CO-PA -> Assign Operating Concern to Controlling Area
- Here, you can assign the operating concern to the relevant controlling area. Select the controlling area and the operating concern you want to assign.
Save Your Changes:
- After making the necessary assignments, save your changes.
Test the Transaction Again:
- Go back to the transaction that was causing the error and try to execute it again to see if the issue is resolved.
