What causes this issue?

The system could not read any flows from the database for a cash flow
belonging to the transaction.

System Response

The system costs the transaction without taking the affected cash flow
into account.

How to fix this error?

Check whether all cash flows for the transaction have been costed
successfully. (You can do this by using the maintenance transaction for
cash flows.)
It is possible that the database contains a cash flow that has not yet
been costed in the database. (You can find the cash flow by costing the
transaction as a test run or an update run (no preliminary costing)).
If this is the case, you can remove the error by starting another
costing run (as an update run).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
