Message number: 599
Message text: &4 Position (& & &) can no longer be changed after &
You attempted to create or reverse a securities order or position
change for position &V1& &V2& &V3&. The position cannot be changed
after &V4&.
Action is terminated.
A position is locked by a position change after the position date
(stock split, stock swap, entry of subscription rights or a
conversion). You cannot create or reverse any flows which will make
changes to positions (securities order or position change) before or on
this date as the flows generated by that position change would be
inconsistent. The position structure report will show you which changes
are locking the position. You must reverse these changes in order to
unlock the position.
You need to be particularly cautious whenever position flows are
generated when position values are read. It is always the current
position value, in accordance with the database position (including all
flows which exist on the database (securities orders and position
changes)) which is read. Therefore, orders which are processed in the
same processing block as the position change, are not included in the
position value. For this reason, capital actions in particular, such as
stock splits, stock swaps, entry of subscription rights and
conversions, must be imported in a separate run after securities
orders.
