How to fix this error?

Remove the contact person from plant maintenance data first. In case you
would like to remove a contact person which is used in completed
notifications, you can either set the notification In process again,
remove the contact person from partners and complete the notification
again or archive the notification.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
