What causes this issue?

You want to display the preceding or follow-on order for a maintenance
order. You can only do this if you have activated the switch
EAM_SFWS_ORDER_DOC_FLOW_ENH (<ZK>Doc. Flow Enhancement in PM Order</>)
in addition to the switch EAM_SFWS_CC3_FOLLOW_UP_ORDER. This switch is
currently inactive.

System Response

The system cannot call the preceding and follow-on order in the document
flow.

How to fix this error?

Activate the switch EAM_SFWS_ORDER_DOC_FLOW_ENH.
