  • What causes this issue?

    You tried to complete an order or a notification that was generated by
    a maintenance plan.
    However, the confirmation date could not be passed on to the
    maintenance plan.
    This is the case, for example, if
    Subsequent calls already exist for the order
    The user has no authorization for confirmation (BADI IWO1_ORDER_BADI)
    A maintenance call object cannot be confirmed again using list
    processing, because it was already confirmed

    System Response

    The system completes the order or the notification. There is no new
    confirmation for the maintenance plan.

    How to fix this error?

    Complete the call object again in individual processing. If no
    subsequent call up object exists and no authorization using the BADI
    IWO1_ORDER_BADI is missing, then the confirmation date is adjusted in
    the maintenance plan.
