    In the Informix data management system, the system must be started up
    before initializing the incremental conversion of one or more tables.
    Otherwise the SQL error "ISAM-106: non-exclusive access" could occur.

    This SQL error could cause the table initialization to be terminated in
    such a way that application programs that access this table no longer
    function correctly.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    If this problem already occurred, proceed as follows:
    Start up the system
    Initialize all the tables displayed as incorrect in the status 'Prepare
    for conversion' again.
    In the menu of Transaction ICNV, call 'Control->Initialization', choose
    the tables in the next dialog and perform the initialization
    immediately.
