How To Fix IU475 - You cannot save because single decisions are still open

SAP Error Message - Details

  • Message type: E = Error

  • Message class: IU - Incremental Conversion (ICNV)

  • Message number: 475

  • Message text: You cannot save because single decisions are still open

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You must decide which tables in the displayed list you actually want to
    convert incrementally.
Then confirm your decisions by saving them. You must already have made
the appropriate individual decision for or against incremental
    conversion for each table.

    How to fix this error?

Principally it makes sense to incrementally convert all the tables that
are displayed, but you might have a reason for not incrementally
converting a table. For example, it might have been modified and you do
not want to reset it to the standard version, or you might know that a
huge amount of data has to be changed or added for a table suggested
    for incremental conversion.
When making your decision, keep in mind that a table that was not
modified and that is excluded from incremental conversion is converted
    during the upgrade in downtime.
Then press the Save button again to confirm all your individual
decisions. All the tables for which you requested incremental
    conversion are now locked.
If you later decide that you do not want to incrementally convert one
or more tables, you can exclude them in the ICNV monitor but no longer
    in the list.
However, you may not have edited the table in the ICNV monitor.
