    You attempted to assign an object to your installed base that was
    assigned to the installed base &V1& at a later point in time. This is
    not permitted. This is because after you started the transaction to
    create or change an installed base, another user also started a
    transaction to create or change an installed base, and assigned and then
    saved the object that you now wish to include in your installed base.

    This error message is triggered.

    How to fix this error?

    Restart this transaction so that a new reference time can be chosen for
    the implementation by the system.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
