  • What causes this issue?

The print editing of the serial numbers could not be carried out because
a sorted font is missing. The system can only determine the sequence of
serial numbers in print editing and summarize the serial numbers at
intervals when a sorted font exists.
The system awaits the entry of a font with the allowed numbers or
    letters.
    Example:
    ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ
    0123456789
These fonts must be entered in the sort sequence which is also important
for the print editing of serial numbers.

    System Response

The system does not allow further processing.

    How to fix this error?

Please check the call of the print editing of serial numbers in the
relevant print program. Print editing is used, for example, in the
printing of delivery notes or sales documents. Either the numbers font
was not entered or the letters font was not filled.
