    You want to create a functional location using a reference copy.
    However, the copy reference is assigned to the authorization group
    &V1&. You are not allowed to create locations with this authorization
    group.

    System Response

    The authorization group &V1& of the copy reference will not be
    transferred. Instead, the authorization group from the superior
    location of the current location is transferred if necessary.

    How to fix this error?

    If necessary, let the system administrator check your authorizations.
