    A dummy claim for a claim bundle is only created if the following
    conditions are met:
    You have created an internal claim type for the dummy claim.
    You have assigned this internal claim type to the claim bundle subtype.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
