    When you copy claim data it may be the case that when it loads the
    policy the system generates this participant role automatically and
    assigns a business partner.

    System Response

    The system cannot copy the participant role with the business partner.

    How to fix this error?

    In the <ZK>Data for Copied Claim</> dialog box, deselect the <ZK>Partner
    - Header Data</> checkbox.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
