    BADI implementation of BADI definition IAOM_ATTRIBUTES for changing the

    Controlling Object</>.
    With characteristics with a data element (component DATA_ELEMENT), you
    have changed the data element or value.
    With characteristics without a data element, you have changed the value
    of one of the characteristic components FIELD_NAME_COPA, FIE
    LD_NAME_OREXT or FLDNAME_RECEIVER.
    This kind of change is not allowed. The original definition of the
    characteristic contained the data element (component DATA_ELEMENT) or
    one of the components FIELD_NAME_COPA, FIELD_NAME_OREXT or
    FLDNAME_RECEIVER '&v1&' and the value '&v2&'.
