What causes this issue?

The system attempted to create a configuration for the object &V1&
(object ID &V2&) in the background. Because several
<DS:GLOS.3526BF06AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>configuration profiles</> are
assigned to the object, you must choose a configuration profile from
the following dialog box.

generate a new piece of equipment with a configuration for the service
item in the background. However, a material has been defined for the
equipment that is assigned to several configuration profiles.
