What causes this issue?

You have entered the order &V1& as a standing order for an
<DS:GLOS.equipment>equipment</>. However, this is assigned to equipment
&V2&.
This results in the costs that are debited to order &V1& being
displayed in the Plant Maintenance Information System (PMIS) under
equipment &V2&. This can make things much simpler if equipment &V2& is
superior to the current equipment and you do not want to create an
individual standing order for each equipment.
