What causes this issue?

In E-Recruiting, it is possible that readiness is not defined for
certain successor assignments. In such cases, the report requires a
readiness (for example, <LS>Not Specified</>) that it can store for the
successor assignment in Talent Management.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If required, choose <LB>Enter</> to show the <LS>Import of Readiness
Scale to Be Migrated</> pushbutton. If you choose this pushbutton, the
system determines the readiness scale that you used for successor
assignments in E-Recruiting, and lists the values of this scale. You can
then state the required readiness that you want to use in Talent
Management for each value from E-Recruiting.
We recommend that you create your own entry (for example, <LS>Not
Specified</>) in Customizing for <LS>Talent Management and Talent
Development</>, by choosing <LS>Succession Planning</> -> <LS>Define
Readiness</>, which you can use if no readiness is specified in
E-Recruiting.
