Message text: Incorrect deduction for &1, IT&2, quota type &3 and records were rejected
The existing deduction could not be reproduced with the employee's
attendance and absence data for the specified quota records. A possible
cause is Customizing error.
The quota records, attendances, and absences concerned were excluded
from the conversion.
Check Customizing for Human Resources for the relevant quota records
and make sure the time quotas are consistent with the deducting
absences and attendances. After the end of the upgrade phase, run
program RPTKOK00 for the personnel numbers transferred incorrectly, and
use the output page to recreate the consistency of the deduction.

- Review Time Data: Analyze the employee's time data for any inconsistencies. Check for overlapping absences or incorrect entries that could affect quota calculations.
- Validate Time Evaluation Settings: Ensure that the time evaluation settings are correctly configured to handle the specific quota type and that they align with your organization's policies.
