  • What causes this issue?

An attendance or absence for deduction could not be assigned to the
displayed personnel number and quota type during the validity interval.
This may be due to an error in Customizing, an inconsistent
organizational assignment, or the fact that the relevant T554S records
    have been deleted.

    System Response

The relevant quota record was not converted.

    How to fix this error?

Correct the inconsistency between IT2006/IT2007 and the dependent
tables T001P, T554S and infotype 0001, otherwise the system cannot
guarantee consistent quota deduction. You can convert the rejected
    quota records again later.
<LS>Note that the infotypes must be converted correctly before a
    productive startup.</>
