    To reduce the target time, you have manually created a quota for
    &SYST-MSGV1& to override the legal quota. No date of birth can be found
    for a child on this date in the <ZK>Family Member/Dependents</> infotype
    (0021). However, a quota reference to a child is required to carry out
    the calculation.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    You can correct the data as follows:
    1. Delete the incorrect quota (employment period infotype 0552 for
    &SYST-MSGV1&).
    2. Set up a reference to a child's date of birth in infotype 0021
    (Family Member/Dependents) by changing the start date of the quota or
    creating a data record with subtype 'Child' in infotype 0021 with date
    of birth &SYST-MSGV1&.
