Message text: A deregistration is never forced if you 'prevent' deregistration.
This error message is generated if in infotype <LS>Tax Data D</>, the
deregistration of an employee is prevented due to a data record with the
characteristic <DS:DE.P01_TX_E2_SONDER_AB>Special Processing
Deregistration</> and <LB>Prevent</>, and a deregistration will never be
forced in the future due to a data record with the characteristic
<DS:DE.P01_TX_E2_SONDER_AB>Special Processing Deregistration</> and <LB>
force</><ZK> </>.
<ZH>Example:</>
An employee has the <DS:DE.STAT2>Employment Status</> <LB>Active</> and
is registered for the ELStAM procedure. He leaves the company on July
31. At this time it is already known that the employee will receive an
arrears payment on August 31. Deregistration from the ELStAM procedure
is suppressed using <LS>Special Processing Deregistration</> <LB>Prevent
</>. If after successfully carrying out the arrears payment, you do not
delimit the data record of the employee in infotype <LS>Tax Data D</>
using <LS>Special Processing Deregistration</> <LB>Force</>, you will
receive an error message.
In this case, the work relationship of the employee remains registered
at the tax authorities.
Comment:
Alternatively, the delayed deregistration can be carried out using field
<LS>Date Deregistr. On</> in infotype <LS>Tax Data D</>.
Check the use of <LS>Special Processing Deregistration</> <LB>Prevent</>
in infotype <LS>Tax Data D</>.
Delete the <LS>Special Processing Deregistration</> <LB>Prevent</> or
delimit the infotype record for the inactive period for the desired
deregistration date and enter the characteristic <LB>Force</><ZK> </> in
the <LS>Special Processing Deregistration</>.
Then repeat the notification creation.

- A deregistration is never forced if you 'prevent' deregistration. ?The SAP error message HRPAYDEE2185 indicates that a deregistration process is being attempted in the context of payroll or personnel administration, but it is being prevented due to specific settings or configurations in the system. This error typically arises in the context of employee data management, particularly when dealing with employee status changes, such as terminations or changes in employment status.
Cause:
The error occurs when:
- Deregistration Prevention Setting: The system is configured to prevent deregistration for certain employee statuses or conditions. This could be due to settings in the infotype (e.g., IT 0000 - Actions) or specific payroll configurations.
- Employee Status: The employee may have a status that does not allow for deregistration, such as being on leave or having pending actions that need to be resolved first.
- Configuration Issues: There may be issues in the configuration of the payroll or personnel administration settings that dictate when and how deregistration can occur.
Solution:
To resolve this error, consider the following steps:
Check Employee Status: Verify the current status of the employee in the system. If the employee is on leave or has other restrictions, you may need to address those before proceeding with deregistration.
Review Infotype Data: Look at the relevant infotypes (e.g., IT 0000, IT 0001) to ensure that there are no conflicting entries that would prevent deregistration. Make sure that the actions taken are appropriate for the employee's current status.
Configuration Settings: Consult with your SAP HR configuration team to review the settings related to deregistration. Ensure that the configuration allows for deregistration under the intended circumstances.
Consult Documentation: Refer to SAP documentation or notes related to the specific error message. There may be additional guidance or updates that can help resolve the issue.
Testing: If changes are made to the configuration or employee data, conduct tests in a development or quality assurance environment to ensure that the issue is resolved before applying changes in the production environment.
Seek Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to SAP support or your internal SAP HR team for further assistance.
