    characteristic <DS:DE.P01_TX_E2_SONDER_AB>Special Processing
    Deregistration</> and <LB>Prevent</>, and a deregistration will never be
    forced in the future due to a data record with the characteristic
    <DS:DE.P01_TX_E2_SONDER_AB>Special Processing Deregistration</> and <LB>
    force</><ZK> </>.
    <ZH>Example:</>
    An employee has the <DS:DE.STAT2>Employment Status</> <LB>Active</> and
    is registered for the ELStAM procedure. He leaves the company on July
    31. At this time it is already known that the employee will receive an
    arrears payment on August 31. Deregistration from the ELStAM procedure
    is suppressed using <LS>Special Processing Deregistration</> <LB>Prevent
    </>. If after successfully carrying out the arrears payment, you do not
