    unknown month of birth (00), a day that is not 00 was entered in the
    master data. The clearing house rejected this combination.

    The ELStAM notification cannot be generated.

    How to fix this error?

    Enter 00 for the day in the master data in infotype Personal Data
    (0002). If the month is unknown, the date of birth must be in format
    00.00.YYYY. Then recreate the notification.
