received URL, key and password are as follows: &V1&&V2&&V3&
    The error code is &V4&.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

1 - Error when parsing URL received by final recipient
3 - Error when composing URL

    'CALL_BROWSER' with the composite URL:

    How to fix this error?

    Possible causes:
The registration data (esp. the URL) transmitted by the final recipient
    is invalid
The URL created by the system from the transmitted URL, key and password
is invalid due to a program error
In the latter case, you can carry out the completion and take care of
    the release as follows:
    Start a WWW browser manually.
Copy the URL from the ALV into the browser address field manually.
If the relevant site supports a manual registration, use the values from
the ?Key? and ?Password? column in the ALV for manual registration.
Otherwise you can still try to manually insert the values for key and
password into the query part of the URL as parameters 'Key=...' and
    'Password=...'.

    Procedure for System Administrators

Contact the final recipient if the transmitted URL is already invalid.
Contact SAP if you suspect that an error has occurred when composing the
URL created by the system from the individual parts transmitted (URL,
key, password) when calling the browser.
